Basic is $49 a month for one page and 30 minutes of edits, Standard is $69 for up to five pages and 60 minutes, and Pro is $99 for up to ten pages and 120 minutes. Hosting and technical upkeep are included. The first 30 days are free and the build fee is waived. Larger work is quoted separately.
Choose a plan, tell us about your business and complete payment setup. The 30-day trial starts once payment setup is complete, not at launch. Then send your logo, photos and service details, and use Messages for questions about the draft or billing. Monthly billing follows the trial unless you cancel.
It depends on the pages, the content and any other software the website must connect to. We agree the scope and timeline with you instead of promising a fixed turnaround. Custom apps and larger builds are quoted separately.
Code or content handover is not automatic. It requires a written agreement and is subject to our terms and conditions, including the intellectual property provisions in section 7. Ask us about handover before choosing a plan.
We host the site, keep it running and make the edits you ask for within your monthly edit time: 30 minutes on Basic, 60 on Standard and 120 on Pro. That covers text, photo and formatting changes and publishing content you send. New pages must fit your plan's page limit and edit time, and we quote work beyond your edit time before starting it.
Yes. We built Glowa's website, iPhone app and payments. Work like that is quoted separately, so tell us what you have in mind and we'll come back with a plan.
Frameshift is our content editor for words and photos. It is not available on every project: access depends on whether it has been switched on and set up for your website. If you cannot use it, send changes through Messages or email and we will make them within your monthly edit time.
Every build includes the search basics: page titles, headings, the descriptions shown in search results and a page layout search engines can read. After launch, content and SEO changes you ask for use your monthly edit time, and new pages must fit your plan's page limit. We quote anything beyond that, including ongoing SEO campaigns, before starting. No plan guarantees a Google ranking.
Connecting your domain (your web address) points it at your Netbound website. It does not transfer the domain or move your email, so you can keep your current domain and email providers. Tell us how your email is set up before any domain settings change, so your email is not interrupted.
Yes. We work remotely with businesses anywhere in Australia, by email, video call and Messages in your Netbound dashboard.
